Terms of Use

1. Booking Confirmation: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your payment or card details.

2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified. For bookings made through third-party platforms, their payment policies may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

5. ID and Age Requirements: A valid photo ID is required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.

6. Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Charges for damages or missing items will be applied to the credit card on file.

7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel rooms or common areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations.

8. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval.

9. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.

10. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

11. Changes to Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest terms will be available upon request or at the hotel’s website. 12.
